A luckstone is a gray stone that modifies a player's Luck and Luck timeout. A noncursed luckstone adds three Luck (which may exceed the ordinary maximum of ten) and a cursed luckstone subtracts three Luck.
A cursed luckstone prevents the timeout of negative Luck, blessed prevents the timeout of positive Luck, and uncursed prevents the timeout of any Luck. Luck is a scalar (i.e. single) value, which means blessing your luckstone is not terribly necessary unless your total Luck is negative (though it's useful in that it's harder to curse a blessed luckstone than an uncursed one).
A healthstone is a gray stone that modifies a player's heal rate. Blessed or noncursed healthstones increase it, cursed healthstones decrease it, and unfortunately healthstones are always generated cursed. Unlike luckstones, healthstones are cumulative - two blessed healthstones are better than one. To be precise, you have a health bonus which is 2 for each blessed healthstone in you main inventory, plus 1 for each uncursed healthstone, minus 2 for each cursed healthstone. This bonus is added to your level and constitution when calculating how fast you heal.
