killer bees look like the letter 'a', come in large numbers, and can easily kill you, one sting at a time, before you can kill the whole bunch of them.
Unless you have an area weapon or awesome armor class, discretion is usually the better part of valor here. Have an escape route handy if you find yourself suddenly surrounded by these little nasties.
