Power Surge is a technique in SLASH'EM that Wizards, Necromancers, Flame and Ice Mages, and Monks learn.
The technique charges increases maximum power by 50 plus twice the technique level[1], and restores it completely. After using Power Surge, you then lose 1 current power and 1 maximum power each turn until your maximum power is back to its original level.
