The scroll of enchant weapon allows you to increase or decrease the enchantment of a weapon. This includes weapon-tools like dwarvish mattocks, pick-axes and unicorn horns.
Enchanting a weapon when it is already above +5 runs a 2/3 risk of it being destroyed.
