Scroll origins

Unidentified scrolls can have any one of many labels. Unidentified scrolls with the same label are the same, but the labels are randomized each game. Scrolls with the same label that don't stack have different B/C/U status. The various labels are:

Unless I am completely wrong, all but two of these are used each game.
