This spellbook enables you to cast Wizard lock, which enables you to close and lock doors. In addition, this spell can create doors in empty doorways. You can also repair rooms digging monsters broke in, e. g. for a safe area. Still, its effects are too narrow to be very useful, and it is often thrown away or rewritten.
