Does anybody know if the +3 to hit and +20 to damage are static additions or +1d3 to hit and +1d20 to damage? The latter seems more likely to me, both from experience, and I think I recall seeing Excalibur listed as having +5 to hit and +10 to damage (where it is of course +1d5 and +1d10). They are +3 and +20, not +1d3 and +1d20.  This is true of all artifact to-hit and damage bonuses in SLASH'EM, while they are the +1dN versions in vanilla Nethack.  (The function that implements the bonuses does +N in SLASH'EM and +1dN in vanilla.) --[[User:Gordon schumway|Gordon schumway]] 06:08, 17 December 2011 (UTC)

(The function that implements the bonuses does +N in SLASH'EM and +1dN in vanilla.) --Gordon schumway 06:08, 17 December 2011 (UTC)
