This page gives object frequencies for regular dungeon, Gehennom, and the Rogue level, but no mention is made of whether these are affected by other locations, such as the Gnomish Mines, various quest levels, Fort Ludios, demon lairs, etc.  It might also be worth mentioning whether or not special rooms (shops, cockatrice dens, beehives, anthills, swamps, etc. can change these probabilities.
