Is it just me, or are metallivores the only monsters that will eat food that was not thrown at them when they are hostile? 76.250.195.15 16:18, 18 September 2011 (UTC)

The various "special case" diets will, too. E.g. gelatinious cubes eat organics, purple worms eat live monsters, umber hulks eat rock, and ghouls eat old corpses. --Tjr 16:57, 18 September 2011 (UTC)
