Unless I misunderstand something, this is incorrect--- effective twoweaponing skill is the least of twoweaponing and primary weapon skill. Alas, Rouges can't become expert in any of the good artifact weapons. And because artifacts can't be secondary weapons the primary mid to late game weapon for a rogue is likely a broad or longsword at level skilled.
