They will be closed permamently, but you can open the door by a key or lockpick. The shopkeeper will not anger from this and the shop works normally then. What does "closed for inventory" mean? WHY do stores "close for inventory"? (Other than to be 'realistic' and a bit annoying?) How long do they remain closed? What happens if you teleport into a closed shop? Etc. etc.
