When entering this level, there will probably be some flavor text about how you can see the walls of Dis towering above you, and above that, you can see the iron tower rising into the gloom above. The stairs will be on the left side of the map, in the maze. In the final, there will also be shops and other rooms in the city, in the large empty area.

Vlad's level design would stay as it is, but Vlad himself probably would get some kind of buff.
