Templates

You seem to pretty good at using Template:Attributes. I was thinking that the Attacks section could use a template as well. What do you think? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Yidda (talk • contribs) 2006-12-31

I suppose what I was thinking was that there are various attacks, such as Engulfing, Breath weapons, melee weapons, bite, claw etc. and that they could benefit as much from a standardized formatting and linkage as the Attributes field. In retrospect, perhaps there is some way of writing a new/alternate Monster template that would take in the original source code, as opposed to the pseudo-wiki-code. I agree that having the item drop template do some auto-calculating would be very handy. Frankly, creating an Item template that uses the original source code is probably a lot less work than the Monster template...

I'm not very familiar with the template syntax/capabilities yet, but I'll be playing with it over the next few days.

Oh, and by the way, nice work on the Attributes template, and amassing 384 entries in your first few days of posting :)
