Werecreature is the collective name for wererats (r, @), werejackals (d, @) and werewolves (d, @). All of these creatures, when in their animal form, can bite you, conferring lycanthropy (turning you into a werecreature of the same type).
Werecreatures can summon their brethren for help (rats, jackals and any type of wolf, respectively). If you are a werecreature, you can do the same with the #monster command - you keep the summoned monsters as pets.
