Nevanda 3.7 update

Hello User:Umbire the Phantom. I uploaded a new version of the file, updated to the current state of NetHack 3.7.0 (still in beta).

I created this tileset using my converter program (and as far as I know, the first and only of its kind), available under MIT License at TileTo370.py repository.

I would like your advice: In order to play a part in helping the community adopting NetHack 3.7 (while in beta or when released), I would like to spread my tool to facilitate tileset conversion efforts. I published my repo, and posted on Reddit about it. What would be the best way for me to include it on the wiki?

I was thinking about something like this. (Sorry I don't really know how to link to a wiki page)
