What is that "Rare, appears only in Gehennom" on details box? I have seen it outside of gehennom... K00pa 09:45, 20 July 2008 (UTC)

I don't think the summon nasties spell respects the only-in-Gehennom and not-in-Gehennom bits. These affect only ordinary random generation.--Ray Chason 23:17, 20 July 2008 (UTC)

Yes, also, some monsters will deliberatly step on a polymorph trap in the hopes of becomming something more powerful, and it's possible for the outcome to be a Pit fiend.✑DemonSlayerThe3rd♠ 01:48, October 16, 2010 (UTC)
