Player: Likelihood formula needs correcting

I am quite certain that the formula for whether the player gets system shock is not (1-constitution/19), since that would give a negative number in essentially all cases. I'll try to remember to check in the source code for the correct one. -Actual-nh (talk) 04:02, 7 March 2021 (UTC)
