A ring of free action, cost 200, makes you immune to paralysis when put on.

This immunity includes:

• Chest traps
• Potion of paralysis or potion of sleeping
• Paralysis or stunning spells (reduced to one turn)

In addition, protection from the paralyzing attacks of the following monsters:

• Floating eyes
• Gelatinous cubes
• Ghouls
• Guardian nagas
• Shades
• Yeenoghu

Eating the ring (while polymorphed into a metallivore) will give you intrinsic sleep resistance instead.
