A scroll of teleportation can be used for teleporting. According to the spoiler scrl-343.txt, its cost is 100 zm and relative probability 7%. It takes 20 charges from a magic marker to write one.
If the scroll is blessed, you will be asked if you want to teleport, even if you do not have teleport control. If the scroll is uncursed, you will teleport to a random location within the same level you currently are. In case of a cursed scroll, you will be teleported to another level. If you have teleport control, you will always be asked where do you want to be teleported. If you read the scroll while confused, there is a chance that the teleport is random even if you do have teleport control.
The Amulet of Yendor has an effect on using scrolls of teleportation. If you are carrying it, there is a 1/3 change that nothing happens and "You feel disoriented for a moment."
