Silver dragon scale mail or SDSM gives you reflection, which is why some players try to wish for it. It can also be obtained by enchanting silver dragon scales which sometimes is drop with a silver dragon's corpse. Since a scroll of enchant armor effects a random piece of worn armor, make sure to only wear those silver dragon scales.
