Nothing in particular, unfortunately. It's most likely to be found in tool shops or randomly, though sometimes monsters might death drop them. The effects and the strategy advice are very similar between a tooled horn and a leather drum. I suggest both articles should be merged. --Tjr (talk) 09:32, 11 May 2013 (UTC)
