Teleport control is an intrinsic that complements teleportitis. You choose the destination of your teleport, whether it is an intralevel teleport or levelport. Note that if you read a confused scroll of teleportation, your desired destination is often ignored depending on how lucky you are [1].
Teleport control may be acquired by eating a tengu or the Wizard of Yendor, wearing a ring of teleport control, carrying the Master Key of Thievery, or achieving experience level 17 as a wizard or monk.
