Hi! Please don't move pages using cut-and-paste. Wikipedia:Wikipedia:Administrators' guide/Fixing cut-and-paste moves has some reasoning on why.
As for the actual capitalization, I've poked User:Chris about this; I know I never know if it's meant to be dNetHack or dNethack, and he originally created the page as User:Chris/dNetHack.
