A Featured Article is one that's been in the "Featured" box on the front page. It's not just a classification like "good article" on WP. The procedure is described here. (I see that you edited the page, but you didn't follow the described procedure.) Still probably time to get it on the front page for January, if you're so inclined. Hmmm. I still think that it was meant like in Wikipedia. The difference is that this wiki is much smaller, so they aren't enough featured articles for the main page.
