"Foo disappears out of sight!" has nothing to do with the "Disappear" monster spell.
If you think "disappear" should point there, you need a proper disambiguation scheme, not to tag it on to the bottom of an unrelated page.
At the risk of teaching grandma to suck eggs, possible schemes:
- Put {{otheruses}} at the top of this page and create a [[Disappear (disambiguation)]] page with the message on it.
- Move this page, e.g. to [[Disappear (monster spell)]]. Edit [[Disappear]] to become a disambiguation page. Move all links pointing to the new disambiguation page to the appropriate topic page.
- Put something like {{otheruses||the message "Foo disappears out of sight!"|Foo disappears out of sight}} and create a [[Foo disappears out of sight]] page.
