Bugs

I noticed the following things that seem to be bugs:

• Incantifier binders start with scrolls of food detection, but do no know what they are
• Incantifier convicts are supposed to start with greatly reduced energy compared with other roles, but they don't. It looks like their energy is set correctly in u_init.c, but overridden subsequently in another file.
