Bad food shop

I have beaten SLASH'EM 10+ times and never seen one. Perhaps they were removed at some point? -Ion frigate 01:23, 19 March 2011 (UTC)

I'm still seeing code references in the source. Searching files for "BADFOODSHOP" gives a decent number of references. I don't know much about mkroom but I imagine that they're still implemented. I think they they have the same room type restriction as a regular shop, namely only rooms with a single door. So it looks like 1 in 13 chance, must be below level 13, and there must be a room with a single door (shop estimates that at 45%). Other special rooms might also interfere with the 45% calculation, since SLASH'EM allows multiple special rooms on a single level, and they could take the suitable rooms first and prevent generation of the bad food shop. I'd say it's perfectly reasonable that they'd be exceptionally rare, but I don't think they've been removed. -- Qazmlpok 01:43, 19 March 2011 (UTC)
