Using the `v` command is _very_ useful as a "ping" to the server to make sure you're still connected. There is little worse than hitting one of the direction keys twice by accident, because the first one took a few seconds to register because of server lag. -- Davek (talk) 13:35, 26 June 2019 (UTC)
