UnNetHack Ludios
"[...]the portal is always in the first vault below level 10 on a floor that does not contain the Quest portal, and can otherwise be found on Medusa's Island."
This means that you encountering it on Medusa's Island is normal, and odds are you might be encountering the Quest portal or something that would similarly prevent Ludios portal generation on the first vault below DL10. I'd advise double checking (and/or passing a ttyrec) to make as sure as possible. --Umbire the Phantom (talk) 09:12, 21 April 2024 (UTC)
- Adding that it's entirely possible to get trap doored or deep-shafted beyond the floor that would've had the portal normally, because it's dependent on which vaults you generate first - I'll tweak the page with that in mind. --Umbire the Phantom (talk) 17:57, 21 April 2024 (UTC)
