Bracers are a type of shield that appears in EvilHack. They have a base material of leather.

Generation

Bracers can be created at a forge by combining a small shield and a helmet.

Description

While worn, a set of bracers grants 1 base AC. As bracers, they allow twoweaponing and the use of two-handed weapons, do not reduce the to-hit of Monks, and do not suppress the extra attack of heroes that are at Grand Master skill in martial arts—in exchange, they gain lower AC bonuses from the hero's shield skill and do not enable shield bashing.
