Deluder is an artifact cloak of displacement. In addition to the normal effects of cloaks of displacement, it confers stealth when worn and acts as a luckstone when carried. It is the guaranteed second sacrifice gift for wizards.
Strategy
Note that, like other cloaks of displacement, Deluder only provides MC 2, limiting its usefulness.
