Proper Name Bug

Unlike other unique monsters whose names are titles (such as the Master of Thieves and the Oracle), the High Flame Mage erroneously has the M2_PNAME flag, which causes his name to be treated as a personal name. This leads to slightly strange messages such as "High Flame Mage casts a spell!" He shares this bug with the High Ice Mage; however the elemental mage quest nemeses, the Earth Mage and the Water Mage, correctly lack the M2_PNAME flag.
