The orc shoots a poisoned arrow! The poisoned arrow hits you! The poison was deadly... You die...
Every player needs the intrinsic called poison resistance. This resistance protects against the harmful effects of poison, including instadeath. If you do not obtain this resistance, than you will suffer from the harmful effects of poison. For example, a dart trap might drop a deadly poisoned dart.
How to obtain poison resistance? The problem is, many corpses that offer poison resistance are themselves poisonous. If anyone remembers a safe way to obtain poison resistance, consider editing this page.
