Conditions for RogueBasin editors
They only allow register users to edit, but apparently they have also disabled new user accounts. This was intended as temporary protection against spam, but has persisted for months. How would one edit? (See [1].) Actually, our wiki installation (provided by Wikia) is in much better situation than theirs, the one possible disadvantage being that we have Google ads.
