Effect
Casting this spell has the same effect as a potion of restore ability: restoring all six attributes of strength, dexterity, constitution, intelligence, wisdom, and charisma.
This is an emergency spell.
Strategy
This is assuredly one of the most ridiculous spells in NetHack--not because its effect is without value, but because by the time most characters can cast a 4th level spell, they are likely to have ready access to unicorn horns, which do any number of useful things in addition to restoring diminished ability scores.
