A stiletto is a kind of weapon. It can be used in melee, or thrown. It is functionally equivalent to the regular knife, but has a lower chance of being randomly generated.
Salamanders have a 1/21 chance of being created with a stiletto.[1]
Appearance
Stillettoes are like daggers or knives, and have long thin blades designed primarily for stabbing.
