The One Ring is an artifact that appears in EvilHack. It is unaligned, and its base item is a ring of invisibility made of gold.

In 0.9.0, the Ring of P'hul and The One Ring each have unique base items, per commit f9ba45f.Generation
The One Ring cannot generate randomly, and will revert to its base item if left in a bones file.
The One Ring will always appear at a random spot in the cave of Gollum within Goblin Town.
