Intended organization

Putting this here so I'll remember it, and so others can see it without having to dig through edit summaries; feel free to comment/suggest:

Top section will be a chart of MS_ flags, with columns for hostile, peaceful, neutral, and special effects. That last column will link to the second section (which I'm writing first), documenting non-#chat-related effects of the various flags -Ion frigate (talk) 04:35, 30 October 2023 (UTC)
