The scroll of wish is a unique scroll that could appear on a special level, for example as part of a Quest. It is never randomly generated, and cannot be written with a magic marker due to its prohibitively high ink cost.
Reading the non-cursed scroll allows you to make a wish. Reading a cursed scroll abuses wisdom and gives the message "You wish the scroll had not been cursed." If you read it while confused, a magic lamp instead appears in your inventory with the same beatitude as the scroll.
Attempting to wish for a scroll of wish will instead give you a blank scroll.
