A blood imp is a minor demon added in SLASH'EM. they
Description
Blood imps are the most powerful of the new imp-like monsters added in SLASH'EM, the others being dretches, rutterkin and nupperibos. They have two decently powerful melee attacks, the first of which is poison-branded, and share the imp's speed and regeneration.
Strategy
Poison is unlikely to be a threat by the time blood imps appear, and regeneration is much less powerful once the player is dealing more damage. As a result, blood imps are generally not a huge threat by the time one encounters them, although an out-of-depth blood imp (e.g. from a polytrap) can spell doom to an unwary player.
