A goblin outrider, o, is a type of monster that appears in EvilHack and Hack'EM. It is somewhat stronger than a regular goblin.
Generation
A goblin outrider has a 1⁄3 chance of being generated with each of the following: an orcish cloak, an orcish spear, an orcish shield, and an orcish bow and stack of 3–14 poisoned orcish arrows.
Randomly-generated goblin-outriders may generate in small groups, and will always generate riding atop a wolf.
Strategy
While not a serious threat by itself, the goblin outrider's steed and numbers can be a concerning threat, especially if they are equipped with some form of ranged attack.

Now goblins are cruel, wicked, and bad-hearted. They make
no beautiful things, but they make many clever ones. They
