Raise zombies is a technique that appears in SLASH'EM, SlashTHEM, and Hack'EM.

Necromancers start the game with knowledge of this technique in SLASH'EM and SlashTHEM - in Hack'EM, they gain the technique at experience level 3.

Description

When used, the technique will immobilize you for two turns and attempt to revive all humanoid corpses on adjacent squares and turn them into an appropriate form of zombie:

The resulting undead will then be subjected to taming, with the same odds as casting charm monster, and undead that are not tamed will be hostile. The technique will be usable again after 1000-1500 turns.
