A runesword is a special weapon that is not normally generated. Since it's the base item for stormbringer, probably is supposed to look the same, as a black sword with runes engraved deep in the blade. Hence the name.
SLASH'EM
In slashem, a runesword is always found in the Lawful Quest. It has a 5% chance of actually been stormbringer.
