Wearing Victorian underwear grants 0 base AC, 2 base DR to the upper torso, and MC3—it applies a 2-point AC penalty and lowers any dexterity-based bonuses from the hero's worn armor, but also grants a charisma bonus equal to 2 plus the armor's enchantment.
