Description
While carried, The Star of Hypernotus confers immunity to confusion and grants clear thoughts, which treats your sanity as being at the maximum of 100 for the purposes of calculating the effects of madnesses or any other effect that would inflict sanity loss.
Picking up The Star of Hypernotus for the first time will cause the Stranger to begin stalking you.
