Follow central policies
At the Central Wikicity there are terms of use and other policies. No one user has ownership of this wiki.
This wiki uses the GNU Free Documentation License to protect its content and to allow its users and readers to copy, redistribute, and modify that content. See Project:Copyrights and Wikicities copyrights.
This wiki is for NetHack
This wiki is for NetHack and its variants. For example, the page for magic explains magic in NetHack; there is no need for disambiguation by calling the page "magic (NetHack)" or "magic in NetHack", and mentions of magic outside NetHack should only be used for comparisons to magic in NetHack.
Organise all templates and categories
List all template pages and category pages at Project:Templates and Project:Categories. Use those two pages to avoid duplicate creaton of templates and categories.
This wiki is not Wikipedia
Even though Wikipedia was the first MediaWiki, and several users might have experience editing it, this wiki is not the same as Wikipedia. The existence of some feature or policy at Wikipedia does not imply its existence here. Pages at this wiki are not necessarily encyclopedia articles.
