Dragonlance is an artifact that appears in dNetHack, notdNetHack and notnotdNetHack, and is an analogue to Dragonbane from NetHack. It is unaligned, and its base item type is a lance made of dragontooth.
Generation
Dragonlance is a valid artifact for inheritance.
Dragonlance can be given to any hero as a sacrifice gift, though it will never be the first gift given.
Description
While wielded, Dragonlance grants dragonbreath reflection (which is equivalent to normal reflection in NetHack), warns of monsters that are dragons and reptilians, and cannot break when used to joust—as a Bane-style weapon, it can be twoweaponed in the off-hand. Dragonlance has +1d10 to-hit and deals +1d20 damage against dragons and reptilians, with a 1⁄10 chance of canceling any dragon or reptilian it hits subject to that monster's MR score.
