Flying boots are a set of boots that appear in SlashTHEM. They are a type of magical armor that is made of silver, and have a randomized appearance when unidentified—the default one associated with them is a pair of "battle boots".
Generation
Flying boots make up 1⁄100 (1%) of all armor that is randomly generated on the ground, in general shops or as death drops. Used armor dealerships and weapon outlets can also stock flying boots.
Description
While worn, flying boots grant 1 base AC and extrinsic flying.
Strategy
Flying is a very valuable property due to the create pool monster spell, though wearing them means forgoing speed boots. Their silver material also provides a means of inflicting silver damage against major demons and certain vampires in a pinch, particularly for roles such as Monks.
