潜行戒指（ring of stealth）是NetHack中的一种戒指。

生成

巫师在游戏开始时获得的随机戒指里有可能出现潜行戒指。

描述

佩戴时，潜行戒指会赋予玩家潜行特质，如果玩家不具有其他来源的潜行，则佩戴或摘下潜行戒指会自动鉴定之。

食用潜行戒指有¹⁄₃的概率获得内在的潜行特质。

将潜行戒指扔进水槽会产生一条特殊消息。

策略

潜行戒指可以有效帮助玩家绕过睡眠状态的怪物，以及处理有大量怪物聚集的特殊房间（例如仓库番的动物园）。如果你已经拥有内在潜行，潜行戒指的作用就不大了，可以用作批量变形对象，或是保留起来以防内在特质丢失。潜行戒指能自动鉴定，因此你一般不需要水槽鉴定它。

历史

潜行戒指最初于Jay Fenlason's Hack的衍生作品Hack 1.21和Hack for PDP-11出现，也是Hack 1.0中最初加入游戏的物品之一。

自NetHack 3.6.0开始，在玩家未持有其他来源的潜行时，佩戴潜行戒指会自动鉴定之。

Variants based on NetHack 3.4.3 and earlier versions may not have the ring of stealth auto-identify when worn.

SLASH'EM

In SLASH'EM, Flame Mages, Ice Mages, Necromancers, and Wizards may be given a ring of stealth as any of the random rings in their starting inventory.

EvilHack

In EvilHack, giant heroes cannot gain stealth from the worn ring, and giant Wizards that are given a ring of stealth as either of their random rings will have it replaced with a ring of searching.

A giant hero wearing a ring of stealth (or any other source of the property) will produce a different message when auto-identifying those items—polymorphing to eat the ring can grant a giant hero stealth as normal.

All of the above information also applies to Hack'EM.

SlashTHEM

In SlashTHEM, in addition to SLASH'EM details, Acid Mages, Corsairs, Electric Mages, Nobles, and Pirates may be given a ring of stealth as any of the random rings in their starting inventory.
