A dwarf queen, h, is a type of monster that appears in dNetHack and notdNetHack. Rather than simply being a female counterpart to dwarf kings, the dwarf queen can cast monster spells.

A dwarf queen has a single weapon attack and will attempt one clerical monster spell per round of combat. She can cast mass cure spells, protection spells, and call other monsters on the level to you via aggravation.

Generation

Dwarf clerics can grow up into dwarf queens.

Strategy

A dwarf queen primarily acts in a supporting role to other monsters.
